1. Conditions of use of the site.

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) defines the terms of use of the website, as well as the rights and obligations of its Users, the Administration and third parties who are not users of the website, but whose rights and interests may be violated as a result of the actions of the Website Users.
The Agreement is a legally binding agreement (public offer) between the User and the Website Administration, the subject of which is the provision by the Website Administration to the User of access to the use of the Website and its functionality.
1.2. Any individual who has ever accessed the site and has reached the age of acceptance of this agreement is considered a user of the site.
1.3. The User is obliged to read this Agreement before registering on the Website. The User's registration on the website means full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the use of the Website by the User shall be immediately terminated.
1.4. This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Website Administration unilaterally. Such amendments shall take effect after 3 days from the date of posting the new version of the Agreement on the Website. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he/she is obliged to refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site. The User's use of the Website materials after the amendments to the Agreement automatically means their acceptance.
2. Procedure for using the Website: the responsibilities of the User.
2.1. The use of the materials and services of the Website is governed by the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.
The User is allowed to view and download information from the Site solely for personal non-commercial use. The use of materials from the Site, including for citation, without the consent of the Administration is not allowed.
The User undertakes not to take any actions that may be considered as a violation of Ukrainian legislation and/or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a violation of the normal operation of the Site and Site services.
2.2. When registering on the Website and placing orders, the User agrees to provide accurate and precise information about him/her and his/her contact details.
2.4. The User shall have the right to contact the Administration with questions, claims, wishes regarding the Improvement of the Website or other information. In this case, the appeal may not be threatening, discriminate against people on any grounds, as well as contain insults or otherwise violate the current legislation of Ukraine.
2.5. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred Losses or damages related to any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through External sites or resources or other contacts of the User, which he/she has entered into, using the information posted on the Site or links to the agency External resources.
3. What information we collect.
3.1. The site administration treats the confidential information of any person who has become a visitor to this site with respect and responsibility.
By accepting this agreement, the User agrees to the Processing and protection of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the policy of the site administration on personal data protection. 4. How we collect information.
4.1. The purposes of processing personal data, as well as other conditions for processing personal data, are determined in the Regulations.
4.2. Personal information, as we noted above, comes directly from you and with your consent. Thus, when you register in the online store, we receive the information you provide. When you place an order for a product, we collect the information you provide in order to place the order and deliver it to you. When you send us an email, we store the email address you provide so that we can respond, etc.
We constantly collect general information when you visit the website of the online store. The process of collecting such data is carried out using cookies, as explained below.
5. How do I delete the account?
To delete your account, please write to us at admin@gemelli.com.ua with your full name to delete your information from the database.
When you delete your account, we will stop processing your personal data that we processed on the basis of your consent to the terms of use of the site.

7. Limitation of liability of the site administration.
7.1. The User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting or using external resources, links to the agency that may be contained on the Site.
The User accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Website or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Website Administration shall not bear any responsibility and shall not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.

7.8. All possible Disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be settled in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
