If for any reason you do not like the order, you can return the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that:
• The goods were not in the use/use;
• The presentation, consumer properties, labels, packaging, completeness are preserved;
• You have a payment document, sales receipt or carrier's receipt;
• Delivery of the goods takes place at the expense of the buyer, but if the received goods did not match the order (different model, etc.), then the transport costs are paid by the store.
• Exchange or return of goods must be sent WITHOUT COST. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to the buyer.
• The name of the recipient, phone number and branch for exchange and return of goods will be sent to you by the store manager after agreeing on the return with the buyer.
Terms of return of promotional goods:
• Exchange and return is made at the price of the goods at the time of purchase.
• The exchange order is completed after receiving the return from you.
Refund to the Buyer
According to the law, when you return goods, you must pay the buyer based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. By agreement with the buyer, you can also exchange the goods for the same value or with a price transfer.
Money for goods paid for by card or by bank transfer will be returned to the payer in the same way.
If you pay for the goods in cash (receive the goods from the postal operator), the refund is made to the buyer's bank card without a bank commission. You can send your card details and the recipient's full name via SMS or Viber message. Phone numbers are listed in the "Contacts" tab.
If the goods were prepaid for, but upon receipt the buyer unilaterally rejected the goods without valid reasons, which caused additional costs to the seller (paid storage, return delivery), then a refund may be made minus the amount of additional costs incurred by the seller.
The term for transferring funds from the moment of acceptance of the goods for return is 3-4 business days.
