Payment and delivery

Please note that international delivery of orders placed on the gemelli.com.ua website is carried out using the Ukrposhta delivery service.

In some European countries, we ship by Nova Poshta, where we have representative offices.

Our parcels are almost always below the local taxation threshold, but in some cases, deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes. Gemelli online store is not responsible for such costs. Please note that customs policies vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

All delivery times are approximate, the Gemelli online store is not responsible for any delays that may occur beyond our control.When ordering online, be sure to provide your contact details, spell your phone number and email correctly in the comments to the order so that we can contact you.

Delivery of the order and the cost of delivery depend on the country of destination.

After placing the order, the manager will contact you to clarify the details and for additional payment for delivery.

After sending, the manager will write you the track number of the parcel, which you can track on the website of Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.

Payment is made to a bank account. Our manager will contact you regarding the order and payment.

If you have any problems with the method of payment to the account, our manager can offer you other payment methods. Also, when delivering abroad, you will have to pay for the delivery separately; the delivery amount is recalculated in accordance with the tariffs of Ukrposhta.

 

We send the goods only after payment.

International shipping will take place once a week.

Please note that upon receipt of the parcel at the carrier's office, you sign an acceptance certificate confirming that the parcel has been checked for compliance with your order and that you agree with the appearance of the goods, their packaging and have no complaints against the online store and the carrier.

 

• An unpaid order (product) is reserved for 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, and then deleted. The client can extend the order reserve by notifying the seller in the comments to the order or by phone.
